Food MenuWe collect inspiration from the small countryside breweries of Northern France and Southern Belgium. Every flatbread begins with hand-rolled, chilly-fermented dough and is topped with fresh, locally sourced elements.

Fresh hen tenders, hand battered & fried or grilled. Grilled, sliced hen, sautéed onions, American cheese, hoagie roll. Organic mixed greens, home made ranch dressing, house made croutons, cherry tomatoes, and shaved Parmesan cheese. When the onions have sauteed and are good and gentle, add the flour mixture and stir till mixed.

Menus and online meals ordering have been obtainable online since at least 1997. Fried egg, peppered brown sugar bacon, cheddar cheese, and Tater tots on bitter dough. Smoked gouda, mozzarella and provolone cheese, hen, bbq sauce, pink onions and cilantro. Many steakhouses embrace separate dessert menus for their friends.
